ARLA Propertymark

ARLA Propertymark is a professional regulatory body which promotes standards within the residential letting industry.  It is a voluntary body and not all estate or letting agents will be registered. Deposit Protection Service

The Deposit Protection Service was introduced to safe guard tenant’s security deposits and raise industry standards.  All of our security deposits are lodged with the DPS and if a landlord and tenant have a dispute over the correct distribution of a deposit at the end of a tenancy, they also offer a dispute resolution service.

ARLA Inventories

The Property Ombudsman

This scheme is backed by the government and financed by its members. It is not a regulator but a free, impartial and independent alternative dispute resolution service between landlords, tenants and agents.
