Langford Rae Halloween Colouring Competition 2026

Calling local parents and carers: have you got a budding artist aged 4–12?
Langford Rae Property Agents is inviting children to give one of our Halloween homes a colourful makeover! 👻🏡
THREE winners will each receive a £25 Amazon voucher, and their winning pictures will take pride of place in our office window!

Taking part is easy:

Click here to download our three FREE house-themed colouring sheets and let your child work their magic on one of these with pencils, felt tips, crayons or paint.

A parent or guardian should email a clear photograph or scan to chelsfield@langford-rae.co.uk with the subject “Halloween Competition”, or bring the finished picture to Langford Rae, 49 Windsor Drive, Chelsfield, Orpington, BR6 6EY, during office opening hours.

Please include your child’s first name and age, your name and an email address or telephone number, plus: “I am this child’s parent/legal guardian, I consent to their entry and I accept the competition terms.” Put these details on the BACK of paper entries or in your email, rather than on the picture.

🕔 Entries close at 5pm on Friday 30 October 2026. Winners will be announced on Saturday 31 October.

Free entry. Ages 4–12 inclusive; children must live in Bromley Borough or Sevenoaks District. One entry per child. Winners will be chosen for creativity, use of colour and effort, with age taken into account, by the team at Langford Rae Property Agents in Chelsfield. All three templates have an equal chance.

Parents and guardians must submit entries. You don’t need to like, share, tag anyone or sign up to marketing to enter.

We can’t wait to see your hauntingly happy artwork!

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Amazon.

Competition Terms:  Langford Rae Halloween Colouring Competition 2026

1. Promoter and contact: The promoter is Langford Rae Property Agents, 49 Windsor Drive, Chelsfield, Orpington, Kent, BR6 6EY. Competition enquiries: chelsfield@langford-rae.co.uk or 01689 862770.

2. Who can enter:  The competition is open to children aged 4–12 inclusive on 30 October 2026 who live in the London Borough of Bromley or Sevenoaks District. Entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over, who accepts these terms and gives permission for the child to take part. Children of the promoter’s employees, judges and anyone directly involved in organising the competition are not eligible. Entry is free; no purchase, property enquiry or marketing subscription is required.

3. Competition period:  Entries open when the competition is first published and close at 5pm UK time on Friday 30 October 2026. Entries must be received by that time. Hand deliveries are accepted only during the office’s published opening hours. Winners will be selected and their parents or guardians contacted on Saturday 31 October 2026.

4. How to enter:  Download and print any one of the three official Langford Rae Halloween colouring sheets by clicking here and choosing one of the templates. The child should colour the printed sheet by hand using pencils, felt tips, crayons, paint or a combination of these. All templates are judged equally. There is no advantage to using expensive materials.  A parent or guardian must either deliver the completed sheet to the office address above or email a clear photograph or scan of it to chelsfield@langford-rae.co.uk with the subject “Halloween Competition”. There is no need to supply the original after entering by email. Do not include a photograph of the child.  Include the child’s first name, age in years and town/village; the parent or guardian’s name; and an adult email address or telephone number. Also include: “I am this child’s parent/legal guardian, I consent to their entry and I accept the competition terms.” For paper entries, put these details and a signature on the reverse or on a separate attached note. For email entries, put them in the email body. Do not place contact details on the artwork itself. Do not send a full home address, school name or date of birth.

5. Entry requirements:  One entry per child. Where duplicates of the same picture are received, they count as one entry. If different pictures are submitted for the same child, only the first received will be judged. The colouring must be the child’s own work. Adults may help print and submit it, explain the activity and provide disability-related access support, but must not do the colouring for the child. Digitally coloured, AI-generated or copied coloured entries are not eligible. Reasonable adjustments can be discussed with the promoter before the deadline without changing the judging criteria. Entries containing offensive material or unrelated personal information may be excluded. Incomplete entries may be excluded if essential information cannot be obtained before judging.

6. Judging:  Three different children will be selected as winners from all eligible entries; there are no separate age categories. A panel including at least two members of the Langford Rae Property Agents team, including at least one Director will be choosing the winning entries.  The child’s age will be taken into account. Choice of template and materials does not affect eligibility or scoring. Ties will be decided by the judges on creativity, then care and effort if needed. Public likes and comments do not count as votes. The judging decision is final, although this does not prevent a parent or guardian raising a genuine concern about administration.

7. Prizes:  Each of the three winners will receive one £25 Amazon.co.uk gift voucher, to be supplied to their parent or guardian. The total prize fund is £75. Amazon’s voucher terms, including redemption conditions, apply. There is no cash alternative. If a voucher becomes unavailable for reasons outside the promoter’s reasonable control, a suitable prize of equal or greater value will be offered. If fewer than three eligible entries are received, one prize will be awarded per eligible child, up to three prizes.

8. Contacting winners:  The promoter will contact the winning children’s parents or guardians using the details supplied with their entries. Please respond within 14 days. If a parent or guardian cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts or declines the prize, the next highest-scoring eligible entry may be selected. Prizes will be provided within 28 days of the original winner notification. No payment or bank details will be requested to claim a prize.

9. Window display and publicity: The three winning pictures will be displayed in the Langford Rae office window for approximately four weeks from early November 2026. Submitting an entry gives the promoter limited permission to reproduce the winning artwork for this display; copyright remains with its owner. Pictures will be displayed anonymously unless the parent or guardian separately agrees to a first-name-and-age caption.
Any publication of the child’s name, age, photograph or identifiable artwork on the website, social media or other publicity requires separate, optional parent or guardian consent. Refusal does not affect entry, judging or the prize. Anonymous winning artwork may be used to demonstrate that prizes were awarded. Parents or guardians may object to or request reduced winner information by contacting the promoter; the promoter may still need to provide appropriate information confidentially to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested. A child will not be required to attend a presentation or be photographed.

10. Personal information: The promoter is responsible for the personal information collected for this competition. The adult’s consent covers the child’s participation and processing of the child’s first name, age, locality and artwork for entry administration and judging. Adult contact information is used for the promoter’s legitimate interests in administering the competition, responding to enquiries and delivering prizes. Information is shared only with those who need it for administration or judging, with contact details withheld from judges. Email providers may process messages as part of normal service delivery.
Competition details will not be added to a property marketing database or used for marketing without a separate, optional opt-in. Personal entry records and digital copies will be deleted within three months after prizes are issued, except where limited retention is necessary to resolve a complaint or meet a legal obligation. Physical entries may be collected by arrangement until 30 November 2026; remaining originals will then be securely disposed of. Winning window copies will be removed after the display period. Separately consented publicity will follow the scope and retention period explained when consent is sought.
Parents or guardians can contact chelsfield@langford-rae.co.uk to request access, correction or deletion, object to relevant processing or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing, but withdrawal before judging may mean the entry cannot continue. Withdrawal of optional publicity consent does not affect the prize. Further information is available in the privacy policy linked in this website’s footer. Complaints about data handling can also be made to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

11. Fair administration:  The promoter is not responsible for entries that fail to arrive because of technical or delivery problems outside its reasonable control. A parent or guardian who has not received an email acknowledgement within two working days should contact the office before the deadline. The promoter will only change, suspend or cancel the competition where unavoidable circumstances make this necessary, will explain material changes on the competition page, and will take reasonable steps to avoid disadvantaging entrants. The closing date will not be extended merely because fewer entries than expected are received. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. The competition is governed by English law, without affecting any mandatory rights entrants have.

12. Facebook and Amazon:  This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Meta or Amazon. Entry information is supplied to Langford Rae Property Agents. To the extent permitted by law, the adult submitting an entry releases Facebook from liability relating to this competition. No Facebook account, like, share, tag or follow is required.
