Rightmove, the UK’s largest online property portal has recently recorded a 2.3% surge in the price of property coming to market. This is the largest monthly rise they have recorded at this time of year, since they started their House Price Index in 2002.

This is great news for the industry and really shows a change in confidence in the property market.
