The Award, which is a nationally recognised industry qualification, meets the Association of Residential Letting Agents’ (ARLA) Propertymark membership requirements for those looking to join the Association as a member agent. ARLA Propertymark is the UK's foremost professional body for letting agents. It aims to promote better regulation and higher practice standards in the UK private rented sector.
Jill has been working at LangfordRae Property Agents in Chelsfield for 23 years and has always operated to a professional standard far higher than the law demands but is now a member of a governing body to prove this to her clients.
