James Turner achieves Propertymark Qualifications’ Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management

The team at LangfordRae Property Agents are delighted to announce that James Turner has achieved the Propertymark Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.

The Award, which is a nationally recognised industry qualification, meets the Association of Residential Letting Agents’ (ARLA) Propertymark membership requirements for those looking to join the Association as a member agent.  ARLA Propertymark is the UK's foremost professional body for letting agents. It aims to promote better regulation and higher practice standards in the UK private rented sector.

James has been working at LangfordRae Property Agents in Chelsfield for almost 3 years and has always operated to a professional standard far higher than the law demands but is now a member of a governing body to prove this to his clients.  In his role as a Lettings Negotiator and Property Manager James is very knowledgeable of the legislation governing the industry and strives to protect and advise his landlords and tenants alike in all his endeavors. He has worked extremely hard to achieve this qualification.
