Want to know how to make tortillas? Chances are your local supermarket is completely sold out of tortilla wraps, right now. But rather than writing off fajitas, quesadillas, enchiladas and other tasty meals altogether, why not have a go at making your own? It's easier than you might think and will take less than five minutes.

What's more, the beauty of tortillas is that you can pack them with whatever you have hanging around in the fridge. Whether that's a solo chicken breast, or slice of steak, a load of leftover veggies that can be seasoned and roasted in the oven, half a tin of chickpeas, tinned tuna and sweetcorn or a chunk of cheese.
