After graduating with a degree in Property Development, Neil has since gained experience in the selling, letting and management of both residential and commercial property. He is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and the Association of Professional Inventory Providers. In his spare time, he enjoys playing amateur football for his local Saturday team and sampling the cuisines of the local restaurants and bistros.
Jacqui joined the team back in October 2015 following 30 years of working in the local property market. During this period, she has built up a wealth of experience in both sales progressions and valuations and when combined with her knowledge of the local area and passion for great customer service, we are all very confident that she can meet the needs of our diverse and loyal client base. Bill has worked closely with Langford for many years now and is very experienced in valuing a variety of properties and land. Prior to joining the company, Bill was a District Valuer and so he is very qualified in what he does. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his children, his many nieces and nephews and walking his dog.
After previously working for other agents locally Langford setup the business up back in September 1986. Over the years he has developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise in almost all areas of residential property. Langford really enjoys assisting clients in acquiring land and discussing the building options available to them. Langford has taken up a Consultancy role more recently, which allows him to enjoy his golf and cheering on Tottenham Hotspur a bit more, but he still has a very active role in the company.
Jill has been working for Langford Rae since March 1997 and has a wealth of experience and knowledge. More recently Jill has been ensuring the administration of sales properties is done well and she really enjoys seeing a sale successfully progress from coming on to the market through to completion. Outside of work she loves to travel and spending time with her family. She has recently joined the gym and is trying to learn Spanish!
Jane joined the company back in January 1999. She has lived in Orpington for over 30 years and has a good knowledge of the local area. She takes pride in preparing the sales and lettings brochures to show our properties in the best possible light, managing the website and helping keep the office running smoothly. In her spare time, she likes to go to the gym, work and relax in the garden and spend time with her family.
Caron is a fully qualified AAT Management Accountant and has a vast amount of experience in the lettings industry. She is responsible for the administration of the Clients Account, which includes rent collection and takes pride in ensuring that our Landlords receive their rent promptly and any expenses for maintenance works managed by us closely monitored. She has a passion for interior design and also likes to keep fit and spend time with her family.
James joined the team in 2017 and has very quickly earned a reputation among his clients as offering honest advice and acting in their best interests at all times. Since leaving school he has always worked within the property industry, gaining vital knowledge and experience along the way.
