Referral Fees

Langford Rae Property Agents routinely refers both sellers and potential buyers to the third parties service providers. These include surveyors, solicitors, conveyancers and financial advisors.

It is the seller's and buyer's decision whether they choose to deal with these third parties. In making their decision sellers and buyers should be aware that Langford Rae Property Agents may receive referral fees for such referrals.

All third party service providers who Langford Rae Property Agents recommend are independent of Langford Rae Property Agents and their respective terms of business will govern your relationship with those third parties. There is no obligation to use these referred third parties and sellers and purchasers are free to engage with third parties of their choice.

Current third party service providers from whom we may receive a referral fee are detailed below.

Surveyors:

For referrals to Datum Surveyors the referral fee is £25.

Independent Financial Advisors:

For referrals to financial advisors the fee which we receive is variable. Langford Rae Property Services receives 25% of the net initial commission that the financial advisor receives for any mortgage and insurance business they undertake for clients that Langford Rae Property Services introduces to them.
