Festive Art Competition 2023

It's that time of year again and we are running our Festive Colouring Competition.

We are inviting local children aged 4 to 15 years living in the BR5, BR6 TN14 and TN16 post code areas to enter our competition by drawing a property in a festive scene and colouring it in.  The artwork is to be done on an A4 sheet of paper, landscape.

Due to the age of the participants we kindly ask their parents or gardians to send a photo or scan of the completed artwork to chelsfield@langford-rae.co.uk, making sure you include the budding artist's name and age along with contact details for the adult sending the artwork.

 Rules & Timings:  The competition will open on 1st December.

  • All entries will be uploaded onto our facebook page.
  • The closing date for entries: Thursday 21st December at 4pm.
  • The winning entries will be decided by the team at Langford Rae Property Agents

The winning three entries will be announced on Facebook on Friday 22nd December, with a copy of the artwork placed in our office window display for the festive period.

  • 1st Prize is £100 Amazon Gift Voucher 
  • 2nd Prize is £50 Amazon Gift Voucher
  • 3rd Prize is a £25 Amazon Gift Voucher

Entry to the Festive Colouring Competition is open to children aged 4 -15 years ONLY and they must live within the BR5, BR6 TN14 and TN16 post code areas . Submissions are to be entered via email to chelsfield@langford-rae.co.uk. Please include adults name so that you can be tagged on facebook. The final submission date is Thursday 21st December at 4pm, only submissions received via email or hand delivered to our office will be entered into the competition. Please do NOT include your child in the picture or it will not be submitted. The winners will be announced on Facebook Friday 21st December on the Langford Rae Property Agents Facebook page. Winners are chosen by the team at Langford Rae Property Agents and we have all the rights to colouring pictures and to publish details related to the winners including details of their identity and to use their colouring pictures for any promo­tional or publicity purposes.
