We are pleased to announce that the winner of our festive art competition 2016 is Fikunmi of Class 5L at The Highway Primary School

The Winning Piece of Art on Display at Our Office

Key Stage 2 children from The Highway Primary School in Chelsfield were tasked with producing a piece of art which shows “a house in a festive scene” and we received some absolutely amazing pictures.

With over 100 wonderful entries the task of choosing the winner was extremely hard. A job, which was given to our Director, Neil Durrant.

"We love to support the local community and have regularly sponsored the Christmas fayres at a number of the local schools. This is the first time we have held the competition and having seen the effort and enthusiasm put in by the young artists it is something we will definitely continue next year.

I was given the extremely tough job of deciding which piece of art best matched the brief but also showed creativeness and imagination. It was a task too difficult for me alone and so I asked for support from my colleagues and a few clients.” said Neil.

The winning entry, along with 2nd and 3rd places have been displayed in our office window for all our passers-by to admire.

Our winner, Fikunmi, has won some Waterstones vouchers to buy some of the amazing books they have available. Our runners up, Evelyn (year 5) and Lydia (year 3) have won a book each that was generously donated by W H Smith in Orpington High Street. We have also awarded Fikunmi’s class with Waterstones vouchers so the whole class can enjoy reading some new books.

Here is our runner up, Evelyn's, artwork on display in our office window.
